Didgeridoos, Boomerangs, & Clapping sticks

"Didgeridoos, Boomerangs, & Clapping sticks"

Music video on an internet television channel will provide the newest and most popular media tool for indigenous enterprise in Australia.

Currently there are diverse groups who wish to use this application but do not have the capacity for understanding the online capabilities of the internet.

Roebourne Art Group

Our art centre is located in Roebourne town, also known as Yirramagadu, fifteen hundred kilometres north of Perth. We work together to share our culture and stories through the artwork so that our community and culture stay strong. The paintings reflect our artists individual style, and their unique way of interpreting their stories, culture and the place they live. We create vibrant contemporary paintings that are both beautiful and meaningful.

Soul Veg

I want to establish Soulveg as the most innovative and delicious vegetarian restaurant around and show people how much variety and flavour our food has to offer.

The Shine Training Restaurant

The Shine Training Restaurant, will be situated in the town of Sarina in Central Queensland. The concept behind The Shine Training Restaurant, came from my own desire to have a successful small business and to give opportunities to my local indigenous population that were severely lacking. I am a proud indigenous male and I want to give my deadly brothers and sisters, the chance to do something that gives them some self-esteem and self-belief, something they have been told for many years they aren't allowed to have.

Girroo Gurrll Mija Aboriginal Experience

The project involves the following activities:

horse trail tours interpreted by local traditional custodians of the story places;
guided walking track tours with interpretation of rainforest flora and fauna specialising in the language names and traditional methods still practiced today;

kiosk and traditional arts & crafts shop.

Indigenous Biz

The International Indigenous Business Web Portal. This portal aims to facilitate business amongst indigenous nations on both a national and international level. Although at an early stage of development, we believe that this pre-release of the portal is in the best interest of organisations and communities we will be representing. We are currently processing, verifying, and gathering data for the portal and we would welcome your input.

Bough Shed Cafe

The enterprise is a cafe that provides not only standard cafe food but will also offer Indigenous dishes and Indigenous experiences for the tourist and domestic market. The essential reason for choosing to sell Indigenous foods and experiences is because research has shown that the Indigenous foods and cultural market is a growing market and there is a potential for Bough Shed Cafe to grow and maximise its profit from this expanding market.
