This is a chance for an Investor to help a well thought out and researched Indigenous project get started, while at the same time enjoying a satisfactory return on their investment.
Market research has been carried out with help and guidance from NSW Dept of State & Regional Development.
Outback Reptiles is incorporated as a Proprietory Limited Company and the trading name of Outback Reptiles has also been registered. All necessary permits and licenses have been either applied for or already obtained.
The 6.5 hectares property, adjacent to the Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo, has already been acquired.
Approvals from Dubbo City Council for the development on this site have been obtained.
Outback Reptiles will also provide an opportunity for a team of Aboriginal employees to achieve permanent work positions to support themselves.
