SIAS is pleased to host the 7th Indigenous Research Forum. This is an opportunity for Indigenous researchers to discuss, debate and share information. In particular we hope to create discussion on Indigenous Research in an Australian context.
Target Audience: Indigenous Researchers including:
Indigenous Academics
Staff from Indigenous Support Centers
Indigenous Post-graduate students
Indigenous Community representatives
Indigenous researchers engaged in corporate and Government fields of research
Objectives: The specific objectives of the Forum are to:
Explore Indigenous Research in an Australian context
Provide the opportunity for discussion and debate
Create the opportunity for reflection
Support each other in own search for answers
encourage Indigenous Post Grad students to share ideas and discuss issues
Share our sense of humour and laughter
