This will be the fourth in the Dungala Kaiela Defining Shepparton series of orations. These orations bring community together to celebrate Aboriginal cultural identity, build a shared vision for the people of the Goulburn Valley and promote Aboriginal socio-economic development.
The keynote speaker for this years oration is Mr Brian Hartzer, Chief Executive Retail Wealth and Ulster Bank at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Brian was previously at ANZ Banking Group and oversaw the development of the MyMoola financial literacy and personal budgeting program with Paul Briggs. MyMoola advanced a practical capability based approach to financial literacy and inclusion. Brian returns to Australia later this year to take up a role with Westpac.
