Story: The snakes always return to where they hatched, they remember where they come from. We need to remember where we come from to know where we are going.

I further agree that I will only sell this painting to someone who is prepared to voluntarily donate 20 per cent of the agreed purchase price to the Australian Indigenous Art and Development Fund held by the Broome Aboriginal Media Association in consultation with the artist (non tax deductible) or to the Broome Aboriginal Media Association as a voluntary gift (tax deductible).

The names below form an honour roll of owners of this painting who have voluntarily donated to support the development of Indigenous arts and culture.

The purpose of the Australian Indigenous Art and Development Fund is to support the artistic and cultural development of Indigenous communities through profits returned from sales of Indigenous art works. The purpose of Broome Aboriginal Media Association is to work towards the prevention of ill health, suffering and disadvantage amongst Indigenous communities.

This provenance document will be fixed to the back of the painting.
