Carol Martin - Reptile/Mud

31 October 2005

My Soul, My Heart, My Home
First Parliamentary Term Series
An On-Line Exhibition by Carol Martin MLA
Acrylic on Canvass 400 mm x 300 mm

Story: When you stand in the water and see a pattern at your feet and wonder why you should recognise it, be wary, it could be a reptile laying in the shallow who does not want to be disturbed, leave quietly.

Details: I remember standing in the water in the Fitzroy River, and seeing a pattern in the murky water that I should have known then the snout came up in front of me.

Work: Not for Sale
