As an Aboriginal Australian, the health issues facing Aboriginal people today concerns me tremendously. As many of the problems facing Indigenous health are diet related, I feel that if I share my knowledge of food with Aboriginal communities around Australia and show them how easy it is to create delicious and nutritious meals, I could play a part in helping to improve the health of my people.
