The Family welcome all to refreshments at the Viney Morgan Medical afterwards.

• Mentoring and coaching for work readiness
• Personal Development (Training, providing opportunity for obtaining various certificates and licenses)
• To link them with local business and secure long term employment opportunities.

• Provision of paid work-experience
• Manufacture of concrete pavers
• Product marketed & sold to cover costs
• Built on partnerships with local businesses
• Provision of supervisor to develop positive work habits
• Continued mentoring and support until participant is in full time work
