Salary: $54k-$59k including allowances
MSH Pty Ltd t/as Manbana operates a tourism business and aquaculture hatchery in Broome and is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Assistant Manager - Business Mentor to manage the development and effective implementation of the new business model for Manbana. This will include capacity building of staff, new tour products, and related enterprise management systems, within a clear framework of achieving commercial independence.
The Assistant Manager - Business Mentor will be responsible for working with the management team in daily management and operation of Manbana including marketing and sales; implementation and development of enterprise management systems; and skills development and capacity building of Indigenous staff.
