That's a cracker! On our Pilbara coast we have pretty much all the things on your list, and would welcome the opportunity to organically grow a similiar organisation (partnership or JV) over here. In our case we have the Business Partners, Enterprise Development and Finance in the bag.
Our slighly different vehicle to put to use our considerable diesel and other assets (we have a grader and tilt tray - and land, and much more) we are building the Red Dirt Driving Academy. Outside the self-evident push to get our mob licenced - and our young people skilled up to 'pimp their red-dirt rides' - and maybe participate in the boom, adding recycling a la Iron Rock is a planner's dream. We have some gargantuan scrap metal over here. Thank you for the solid groundwork.
